ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
In concordance with modern management postulates an agile, small, modern and efficient organizational structure was designed, consulting principles and criteria from administrative theory about rationality and equity in work distribution, nature of functions, authority levels and the adequate segregation of functions for different procedures, as well as legal norm and administrative function postulate fulfillment.
This structure is designed around three areas, Consultancy and Support, that includes Juridical, Planning, Internal Control and Special Studies; a Mission Area that comprises of the Delegate Audit, with two director offices and six section management offices and a third area of administrative and financial support, under the direction of the General Secretaryship.
The entity’s staff is distributed as follows: 13% directive level employees, 5% consultancy level employees, 60% professional level employees and 14 % assistance level employees, which include both central and sectional management offices.
In is important to highlight that 79% of the staff are graduates and that 52% of these have any kind of Master, Doctorate or specialization studies.
