EVALUACIÓN DE LAS CONTRALORÍAS TERRITORIALES


Para atender el mandato constitucional emanado del Decreto Ley 403 de 2020, mediante el cual se dictan normas para la correcta implementación del Acto Legislativo 04 de 2019 que reforma el control fiscal colombiano, la Auditoría General de la República desarrolló la metodología con la cual realizará las evaluaciones trimestrales y la posterior certificación anual de las contralorías territoriales.
